UMCP Privacy Notice
Privacy for the United Metric Certification Platform.
This notice describes the information handling principles for UMCP. The current implementation is a local development pilot and is not a production service.
Purpose and scope
UMCP is designed to organise controlled project evidence, project scope, assessment records and access permissions. Information should only be processed for legitimate project, assessment and platform-governance purposes.
Local pilot data
In this pilot, documents and records are stored locally in the development environment. Do not upload personal, confidential or production project material unless its use in this local pilot is explicitly authorised.
Access and visibility
Production UMCP will use role-based access. Evidence preparation, independent assessment, platform administration and certification decision-making are deliberately separated. Access will be limited to the relevant workspace and role.
Retention and auditability
Controlled actions are intended to be recorded with the relevant project, person and version. Retention periods, legal basis, production hosting, data-subject requests and security controls will be confirmed before production launch.
